Free Crochet Coaster Pattern

Finding the right work/life balance is a juggling act in today’s society where hustle culture is big and being busy is worn like a badge of honour.

Our free crochet pattern has been designed as an invitation for you to relax and unwind with a bit of calming craft time. Make this crochet coaster and take a mindful break. A great stash buster project for some speedy crafting; the perfect opportunity to take a little time out of the hustle and bustle of the day.

This easy crochet pattern uses basic stitches so you can really switch off and just enjoy the rhythmic repetitive motion of the stitches. If you know how to make a magic ring, and can half treble and treble crochet, you can make some crochet coasters for your home.

This free crochet coaster pattern will arrive as an instantly downloadble pdf file. All you have to do is grab your tools to get crocheting right away.

Materials required include:

  • 1x 50g ball of cotton yarn – we recommend Hoooked Recycled Cotton DK, but any DK or aran weight cotton will do
  • A 6mm crochet hook
  • Tapestry needle

Each crochet coaster uses about 12g of cotton, so a 50g ball should make you a lovely set of 4.

Pattern written in English using English crochet terms.
